History

Established in 1967.

Red Hill Pet was founded by Tom Burns in 1967. The original location was in the Red Hill Shopping Center. in San Anselmo. In 1998 it was purchased by current owner Elvis and his then wife Lisa.

Red Hill Pet Center continued it's long tradition of being a family owned and family oriented place for kids of all ages to come and learn about pets and animals. Parents often comment about how they would love to visit the store when they were younger with their parents.

In June of 2012 the store was relocated to San Rafael, at 1566 4th St.
